An internal tool ensuring uninterrupted banking operations for +13 million users by enabling rapid activation of contingency mode and reactivation of blocked payments during mainframe downtime.

  • Defined product scope through stakeholder workshops and research.

THE SWITCH
This project was focused on creating a process of constant monitoring of the mainframe status, so that when it detects any anomaly, the contingency mode would be activated.

BNET WEB APP
One of the channels that remained open to receive payments was the Net Banking portal, due to the user profile that uses this platform, both commercial and governmental.

Efforts were focused on the mobile application, as it is the one with the highest flow of transactions with its +13 million users.
