Strategic Vision
Radar is a digital platform launched by FAO to map and connect agritech entrepreneurs in Latin America with investors and development funds. The goal was to provide real-time, geo-tagged data on regional needs and innovations to inform strategic funding decisions.


My Role

Defined the product vision and scope with stakeholders across 5 locations and 3 countries.

Conducted in-depth user interviews and built a stakeholder map for governance alignment.

Designed and optimized the user registration flow, reducing friction by 42% improving replicability.
